Reference/Set header[edit source]
Lately when you've added Set header instead of Reference to the name of the template it has kind of messed up some articles. Like for example on 760 Vehicles. Just wanted to let you know about this before it becomes a constant thing. GG 360 15:49, December 6, 2009 (UTC)
Overview pages[edit source]
If you take a look at Forum:Index or Forum:Consensus track, the overviews show the most recently edited forums or topics at the top (so that fresh or hot topics are at the top and older topics at the bottoms). If a bot is crawling regularly through all of these pages, nobody can tell whether or not a topic is at the top because somebody replied in the thread or the page was just slightly edited by a bot. Old and new threads are all over the place. The same applies to Brickipedia:Ongoing votes and nominations. So it would be great if the bot left out pages in the Forum or Brickipedia namespace completely. --User:LegOtaku/sig 15:26, December 24, 2009 (UTC)
- Ok, that makes sense, but I'm not too happy with leaving out the entire Brickipedia namespace... Shouldnt the vote sort things, other than BOTM being in the Forum namespace? I'm not too sure how it responds to {{bots}} and {{nobots}}, I'll find out and I'll work something out. --Lcawte 15:35, December 24, 2009 (UTC)
- Well, concerning the Brickipedia namespace, the bot could leave out just the pages in Category:Votes in progress and Category:Nominations. --User:LegOtaku/sig 15:40, December 24, 2009 (UTC)
- Yep, I am seeking some responces in the Pywikipedia IRC channel to what the Bot will do with {{Nobots}}... Then that can be added to those pages and it should leave them alone. --Lcawte 15:46, December 24, 2009 (UTC)
