This printing continues to the back of her torso. Velma' arms are bright orange and her hands are light nougat. Velma' hips are bright orange, and the the top of her legs are bright red, with black lines to make it look like her skirt. Below her skirt Velma's light nougat legs are showing, below that she wears orange socks outlined in black. The bottom of Velma's legs are bright red to recreate her shoes. Her leg print continues onto the sides of her legs.
Background[edit | edit source]
Velma Dinkley and her four best friends are part of the gang (Daphne Blake, Fred Jones, Scooby-Doo, Shaggy Rogers and herself), together they solve mysteries and foil the plans of crooks who dress up as monsters to achieve their naughty plots. When a mystery begins Fred will usually suggest the gang split up and search for clues. Velma will usually go with Daphne and Fred, but occasionally she will go with Scooby and Shaggy. In most of the mysteries she will lose her glasses, losing her ability of sight. When Velma can't see she usually finds a clue on the ground, gets lost, or gets in a vehicle with Scooby. As she is fifteen she is unable to drive and she's even worse when she loses her ability of sight. When the gang has enough clues, Fred and Velma will usually know who the monster is. They will set up a self designed trap in an effort to catch the monster, which are always a success. When the monster is revealed to be a human, Velma will give some exposition on why the person dressed up as that monster and did what they did.
Velma loves reading and spends a lot of her time in libraries, she particularly loves mystery books. Velma also likes going to beach parties, milkshakes and school. Besides Fred, Velma is the only one of her friends who isn't scared of monsters, though she does dislike them.
LEGO.com Description[edit | edit source]
This is a description taken from LEGO.com. Please do not modify it. (visit this item's product page) Velma is the resident whiz kid of Mystery Inc. Her hyper-analytical mind deciphers clues almost as fast as she can say “Jinkies!” Although the group tries to stick together, Velma often ends up wandering off by herself, searching for the next clue. While Scooby-Doo’s weakness is snacks, Velma’s weakness is her glasses. Without her black-rimmed specs, she’s almost completely blind!
