Victor Grand Opening Exclusive Set was a LEGO Store Promotional set in 2012 for the newly opened LEGO Store in Victor, New York.

The set consists of one model, which includes elements as a large flower, a hummingbird, and a grassy bit of lawn. The flower consists of a number of green cylinders, which are stacked and bent. A tube runs through them, keeping them all attached. A red flower is located on the end of this. The flower itself is built with a number of red wings, to achieve a petal effect.
The hummingbird included rests on top of a stack of clear cylinders, which achieves a flying effect. The humminbird itself is mainly green-coloured, with some dark green accents. The hummingbird's wings are built of a number of green wings stacked on top of each other, to create a slanted and detailed effect. The hummingbird has a small bit of colour behind its head, a small purple accent. The hummingbird's long beak stretches all the way from its head to the flower.
Underneath all this is built a fairly simple base: It consists of a brown base, a green grassy top, and a number of grass pieces located on top of this. Both the flower base and the hummingbird stand are built on top of these.
