|Doc Ock's Bank Robbery|
4854 Doc Ock's Bank Robbery is a Spider-Man 2 set released in 2004. It represents the bank robbery that was carried out in Spider-Man 2 by Doc Ock. Five minifigures are included along with a bank, bank vault, trike and police car. Spider-man has a web piece. This model can be rebuilt into another bank model, although this model was not mentioned in any of the LEGO Magazines like most of the alternate models.
The main feature of the set is the bank. It is structured on a 6x16 light grey plate. The build is very simplistic as it consists of mainly sand yellow arches and pillars. The bank has a window and a door with a sticker on the bottom of each indicating money is held there. On the left side of the bank is the safe. Which is constructed by sand yellow parts and hinges along with black parts and hinges. A technic pin is placed in the middle of the 'door' of the safe to insert a 4x4 light grey radar dish that is printed with black and silver accents. Conveniently sliding into the bank. The interior features a small barrier at the right side of the door. The exterior also features a web piece with a transparent blue spider. The set among this features a basic white police car with blue accents. Red and blue lights also accompany the police car. There is also a basic white police trike with an antenna and multiple lights varying between transparent yellow, red, and blue. Topping off the scenery is a small 4x4 light grey plate with a green tree occupying it.
Spider-Man has a red face with silver and white printing on both sides (respectively). His torso is red with silver webbing printed onto it along with a spider emblem on both sides and dark blue sides have been printed on wrapping onto the back of the figure. He also features dark blue arms and legs. His hands are a plain red, Spider-Man's hips are also red but feature silver webbing printed onto it that aligns with the torso's webbing.
Doc Ock has a flesh colored face with a scowl and cheek bone printing. He fashions a pair of silver glasses with green lenses. He also has reddish brown hair much like that seen in the 2001 variation of Ron Weasley. Doc Ock's body is mainly a plain sand green (arms, legs and hips). He features a sand green torso as well but has printing of a coat. Under the coat printing bears a flesh ab pattern and the apparatus that holds Doc Ock's "tentacles"
Aunt May has a flesh colored face with a smile and wrinkles. She has a light grey hair piece that portrays a "pony-tail" and has a dark tan torso with a shirt's collar printing and a white scarf printed. She has dark tan arms and legs and she also features flesh colored hands.
The Police Tricyclist has a flesh colored face with a smile and a pair of silver sunglasses with silver lenses. He dons a white crash helmet with a black visor. His torso is different than other LEGO World City officers as he has blue pouches and walkie talkie rather than dark grey. And the fact he has back printing. All on a black torso. The Tricyclist has black arms, legs, hands and hip piece.
The Cop Car Driver has a reddish brown face with a scowl. He also has a pair of black sunglasses with orange lenses. The lenses are see through as his eyes are printed. The Driver has a dark blue cap on also. His torso is dark grey with a dark blue belt also printed on with a badge and "SECURITY" written above his right pocket. He is wearing a white shirt under the dark grey collared uniform. His hands are black as his arms, legs and hip piece are also dark grey.
In this scene, Doc Ock robbed a bank so he could continue his research, and took Aunt May with him to distract Spider-Man.
