70701 Swarm Interceptor is a Galaxy Squad set released in 2012.

- Mosquitoid Speeder
The speeder is built from only a few pieces, and has just enough room for the Alien Mosquitoid to stand and fly it. Interesting construction techniques include a piece commonly seen as a jackhammer as the steering mechanism. Two black lightsaber hilts are used at the front of the speeder as its only weapons. The main colours used in the small speeder are black, lime green and dark red, prominent colours in the theme for the Buggoids and Mosquitoids.
- Swarm Interceptor
The Swarm Interceptor itself is the main part of the set and is mainly built with black, white and blue pieces. The cockpit can separate from the main body to make a small escape pod. This escape pod has small wings that can fold out and in. The two sections are connected with a technic axle that allows the cockpit to turn 360 degrees, allowing the pilot to stay upright when the ship turns to one side or upside-down.
The wings of the main section fold down to become a stand for the starfighter. The Interceptor's cockpit canopy opens forwards, allowing room for Solomon Blaze to sit at the controls. Also, a section of the vehicle's back flips open to reveal two flick-fire missiles.

The Swarm Interceptor is a battle jet of which the blue team member, Solomon Blaze, pilots. An official background of the set is unavailable yet due to the lack of information.

- This and 70706 Crater Creeper are the only Galaxy Squad set without a robot unit, excluding the polybags.
