11995 HERO Factory Recon is a Hero Factory set released in 2011. The model of choice could be built on herorecon.lego.com using elements from the Hero Factory hero models of 2011 (excluding Rocka XL.) It also allowed you to create custom weapons as well as a custom name made from three sub names. A exclusive piece was included in the wide range of pieces. This piece was Part:92201 but it had the colour black on the top half and a silver colour on the lower half. It came with instructions which also included an exclusive hero recon sticker. However it was discontinued.
