Brickipedia News:LEGO Jurassic Park: Pre-order bonus roundup
by CJC95 June 1, 2015 |
LEGO Jurassic World is released on June 12, and as with most games these days, there are lots of pre-order bonuses - both platform and retailer specific.
- Platform exclusives
Both Sony and Microsoft have their own downloadable DLC packs with pre-order - both will be available shortly after for 79p. The PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 versions come with "Jurassic Park Trilogy Pack #1", which adds Eric Kirby, Paul Kirby and an animal-control vehicle to your game. The Xbox One and Xbox 360 get "Jurassic Park Trilogy Pack #2", which contains a helicopter pilot, Lex Murphy, Tim Murphy and the cruise ship from The Lost World.
- Store exclusives
Two LEGO sets are store exclusives - 30320 Gallimimus Trap and a Dr. Wu minifigure. 30320 is available at Gamestop (US) and Game (UK). Dr. Wu is available at Target (US), Amazon (Germany, UK) and EBGames (Australia)
There is also an exclusive DLC pack - currently no word if it can be purchased later, but I assume it will be - that contains five new charactera (Scott Mitchell, Karen Mitchell, Tourist Sam, Tourist Emma, Hot Dog Vendor), a new costume (for Owen Grady) and two new vehicles (Jurassic Response Unit and Jurassic World Shuttle). This comes with pre-orders of the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 versions of the game, if you order at EBGames (Australia), Micromania (France) and Gameshamster (UK).
