Although most of these castings have been pretty much confirmed for a while, a press release has been published, confirming that the castings for The LEGO Ninjago Movie are genuine, as well as revealing a few more actors and characters to appear in the film. Here's the full list:

Justin Theroux as Garmadon
Dave Franco as Lloyd
Olivia Munn as Koko, Lloyd's mother (~~not Misako~~ a nickname for Misako)
Fred Armisen as Cole
Abbi Jacobson as Nya
Kumail Nanjiani as Jay
Michael Peña as Kai
Zach Woods as Zane
