And so, the people on the LEGO forums rejoice, for they have got the set they deserve - after the tiny beige thing that was the last Tumbler, we have a UCS one that is both black and big and definitely not going to win any awards for cutest design, a bit like the actual one from the film. Also with the set, coming this September for the low, low price of $199.99 (It's not about money, it's about sending a message), is a Bale Batman and a Ledger Joker.

The only way this could be better(beside being less expensive)is if the front detached and converted into the Batpod.

This set looks amazing. I was disappointed when rumors first came from the Brick Show because it seems a waste of a UCS (and it still kind of is, we could have gotten the Watchtower, Hall of Justice, Wayne Manor, or even a decent Batcave) but this set looks too good to pass up. And though I wish there were more figures, the ones we got look amazing.

Not a bad model, but not one that I want either. The minifigures are a nice inclusion, but I honestly don't like that Ledger Joker very much.

I'll try and raise the article to featured status in a few days if nobody wants to try and beat me.

On a tangent note: WB/DC's synergy is mind boggling.
