A LEGO Store is set to open in Zagreb, Croatia this September, according to a report by daije.com. The store, the first in south east Europe, will have an area of 150m2.

Where would you like a LEGO Store?

Coatia is a bit of a random place to put a LEGO store, but hey why not? I would think more towards Greece/Slovenia where it's a bit more populated. But congrats Southeast Europe for finally getting some LEGO in ya.
