Vitruvius is an old wizard made up a prophecy about the Special who will find a Piece of Resistance. He is the leader of Master Builders. He is blind.
When he found out that Emmet is his Special, he told that to other Master Builder and led him to Cloud Cuckoo Land. He was killed by Lord Bussines in Octan Tower.
