Jay is a character that appeared in a few train sets from 1980. His most notable appearance is in the video game LEGO Racers 2. He appears above the west beach on Sandy Bay. He tells the player how racing isn't hard. He also tells the player how he's seen many gold bricks lying around Sandy Bay and if the player finds them he can take them.
