Ragana is an Elves mini-doll figure released in 2016. Ragana is an evil fire elf who turned to dark sidepower and became a witch. She has kidnapped and enslaved the dragons of love.

Ragana has long magenta hair, which is braided at the back. Ragana has a black pointed circlet around her head, in the center of the crow there's a lime diamond. Ragana's ears are showing and are fair. Ragana has magenta eyes, black pointed eyebrows and a smirking mouth which is outlined in magenta. Ragana is wearing a black dress, the sky less torso of which has like scales covering it's majority. The bottom of Ragana's dress also has lime scales and silver outlines. Ragana also wears a black necklace, which has a lime diamond in the center.

Ragana was born a fire elf with weak powers. After being bullied by her peers, Ragana searched for a quick way to become more powerful. The shadow fountain became her source of power, but drinking from it turned the elf evil. Ragana enslaved the dragon of love and her babies, though four of the five babies were rescued by Naida. Naida and her friends eventfully found Ragana was keeping the dragons in her castle and tricked the witch info falling into her own prison. While the friends and the dragons escaped, so did Ragana though she was unable to catch the elves.
Ragana loves dragons and their eggs, herself, scarecrows, crystals, earthquakes and Halloween. She hates sweet things, love and unity. Ragana has a fiery personality and is filled with rage when even the slightest bit annoyed. Ragana's arch enemy is Emily Jones as she is the most powerful person in all of Elvendale.

The Elf Witch is a fire elf born with very weak magic powers. She felt left out and alone and instead of training she learned how to boost her magic using other means. This started her on a dark path. Her mood she change from cool cunning to raging temper just like that. She will say or do anything to get her way.
