Review:30027 Reindeer/Captain Jag

I got this in the LEGO magazine that came today. I wouldn't have chosen to buy it (in fact, I've never bought a Creator set), but I am quite pleased with it, more so than with the digger or snowman that was given in recent years.

It has some nice rare pieces, including the sand colored slope bricks and the sand 2x1x1/3 bricks with a clip socket on the end. Many (if not all) of the sand colored pieces are rare.

It's a promotional Creator set. You can't say much about it's playability, but this is quite nice. It has six moving parts; the head, the four legs, and the tail.

Value for Money - 5 out of 5. You can't really argue with free.

Altogether, I am quite pleased with this. It is my favourite Creator set that I have (so far, out of about 3).
