Ok, so apparently this is real. It was produced for will.i.am for some charity event and given away there. This Reddit thread, and the source on the page, give some decent info. Apparently it both was and wasn't produced by LEGO, meaning that it was licensed by LEGO but produced by a separate custom shop. From what I can tell, it's official, so I've created the page. If anybody has any other info please add it to the page or discuss it here. BrikkyyTalk 01:46, 13 August 2016 (UTC)
