The easiest way would be for you to announce to your users that you plan to merge the content of that wiki into this one, and then to have you and your users copy any information on articles there that aren't on our articles here.

Could I have admin rights on this wiki, then? I'll need them to import articles.

You'd have to do a request for adminship like anyone else. You shouldn't have to use Special:Import since we already have pages for basically everything. Just copy any missing information over manually...
