3644 Mayor's Car is a Fabuland set released in 1986. It contains 12 pieces, along with two Fabuland figures, Lionel Lion and Mike Monkey. Also included is a car, which Mike Monkey presumably drives Lionel Lion around the town in.

The set consists of a single model, that of a yellow, black, and red car. The car contains light grey spoked wheels, which are mounted onto the black chassis. In the front is a piece detailing a radiator, as well as headlights. Behind the engine block is placed a light blue flag on a short pole. Behind that is placed a space for a Fabuland figure to sit, and drive the car. In the rear of the vehicle is another seating area, this one coloured yellow. Inside is space for a single figure to sit. Over the top of the rear seating area is a large, red canopy, to keep the sun off the occupants inside.
Two Fabuland figures are also included in the set, Lionel Lion, presumably the mayor of a town in Fabuland, and Mike Monkey, presumably the driver of the mayor's car. Lionel Lion features yellow fee, a black shirt, and black arms. His shirt features printing suggesting an expensive gold chain, with a pendant in the middle. Lionel's head is molded in the shape of a lion. Printing on his face suggests whiskers, a black nose, and eyes. Mike Monkey features a pair of black pants, a white shirt, and white arms. His shirt features printing suggesting a blue tie, indicating that he is a worker, and likely the driver of the car. Mike's head is molded in the shape of a monkey's, and he also wears a grey valet hat on top of his head. Printing on his face suggests a happy smile, a black nose, and eyes.
