6348 Surveillance Squad is a set of LEGO Town's subtheme Rescue and was released in 1994. It contains a police truck with a semitrailer, a motorcycle, and three police officers.
Description[edit | edit source]
The semitrailer contained a mobile command centre. The interior could be accessed by tilting up the roof and the right side. The tractor unit contained a "sleeper" at its back, which didn't provide enough room for a minifigure though. The set also included a barrier and two red traffic cones.
Notes[edit | edit source]
- This was the second mobile command centre after 6676 Mobile Command Unit. More recent sets with mobile command centres are 7034 Surveillance Truck and 7743 Police Command Center.
- The tractor unit is virtually identical to the one from 6346 Shuttle Launching Crew, except the light bars and the police signs. Another similar tractor was included in 6335 Indy Transport, although that version lacked the bullbar and had different exhaust pipes.
- The back of the Trailer opens.
