7242 Street Sweeper is a City set that was released in 2005. It contains 63 pieces.

The set includes a street sweeper and a construction worker minifigure. The colour scheme of the Street Sweeper is yellow, but does contain several other colours like grey, black and red. The street sweeper has several features like two blue brushes at the front (commonly used in LEGO car wash sets in the City theme), an opening cockpit, a red water tank made from circular pieces on the rear of the vehicle and various other tools like a shovel and a suction device on the right side of the vehicle connected by a small black flexible piece.
