Brickipedia:Proposed Name Changes/Cave Troll to Cave-troll
From Brickipedia, the LEGO Wiki
Move Cave Troll to Cave-troll
Cave Troll, move to "Cave-troll"[edit source]
- Looks like a case of Boxart vs. official website. NovaHawk 10:28, May 14, 2012 (UTC)
Move[edit source]
- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_%28Middle-earth%29 Scroll down to troll types. As a LOTR enthusiast, I have seen a hyphen used to seperate (word) and (troll) in several media related texts, that's why I suggest move. - User:Creature114
Keep[edit source]
- My vote's for boxart. As far as most correct in-universe name, I have no idea, and it looks like the LOTR Wiki doesn't either (they call the page Cave-troll but caption their images Cave Troll) NovaHawk 10:28, May 14, 2012 (UTC)
- Not only is it called that in the boxart, but also the product description given to onering.net by LEGO. -User:King of Nynrah/sig1 10:31, May 14, 2012 (UTC)
- Keep, its the official name anyway. -User:Power Jim/sigcode 07:35, July 16, 2012 (UTC)
- RaceLord talk, Time To Craft Some...Thing.
Discussion[edit source]
- Anybody have a copy of the books? I think that would be the best way to decide, as long as it isn't something else different. Berrybrick 10:32, May 14, 2012 (UTC)
- I just found the scene in the books, and it's reffered to as simply the "troll" on page 426. -User:King of Nynrah/sig1 10:36, May 14, 2012 (UTC)
- It's been several years since I read the books, but that's all I remember it being called NovaHawk 10:39, May 14, 2012 (UTC)
- It's also referred to as the cave-troll in another part. User:Captain Jag/sig1 07:56, July 16, 2012 (UTC)
