Brickipedia News:Latest BIONICLE Information from LEGO - Mask of Creation Concept Art

I basically need to log off in about two minutes, so this news blog is going to be brief. :P LEGO, having promised earlier this week to reveal more BIONICLE news/information today, have fulfilled their promise. The LEGO BIONICLE Facebook page has various images displaying concept images of the Mask of Creation. While it's still the same mask again, these concept art images still show some interesting ways the Mask of Creation could have turned out, give a glimpse of the head pieces used, and convey a nice dark and mysterious tone. Anyway, other admins, feel free to add to this if required.

Guys! I have a friend working at NYCC, and he told my what the BIONICLE Reveal is going to be! And it is...

The Mask of Creation!

They're going to have a giant, brick built Mask of Creation, a giant banner of the Mask of Creation, they'll be raffling off preview BIONICLE sets- a polybag of the Mask of Creation!

They'll also be revealing the first trailer for the TV series, featuring a narrator narrating- about the Mask of Creation!

This will be the best comic con ever!

Some of that concept art is pretty creepy. O_o

I wasn't expecting much, but once again I am a bit disappointed. :P I wish they could have at least teased the Hau. We already have a good view of that, but it is so gorgeous I would rather see that larger, and the design process for the other masks would be interesting (especially the Miru and Kaukau). We do get to see a bit of the head here though, I'm wondering how that will turn out.

The mask still doesn't look too great to me, these images make the crown look even larger than we thought, but hopefully it will look amazing on whatever figure it is included with (please be Artakha...). That's assuming it is on a figure though, and if it isn't, that would be disappointing, because I imagine it will look pretty top heavy on all of the Toa....
