An Unnamed Space Criminal appeared in 4850307 LEGO Battles. His head is the same as Snake's, but he has an Octan uniform that similar to the Skull Twin and carries two weapons. He is classified as the second alien long range unit working with Space Criminal Leader Kranxx and the Space Criminal Hotrod. It is possible that he could be Snake's henchman because he has the same headpiece.
