3290 The Big Family House is a Scala set released in 1997. It contains 265 pieces and the Scala Figures Thomas, Marita, and Christian.

At 265 pieces it is both the largest Scala set released that year as well as the largest Scala set ever released. The subsequent Scala houses, 3119 Sunshine Home (released in 1998), and 3149 Happy Home (relased in 2000) were smaller at 179 and 263 pieces.
