Background[edit | edit source]
With direction from Gandalf and Elrond, Aragorn, wielding the reforged sword Anduril, Legolas, and Gimli sought out the King of the Dead and his army to help in the Battle of Minas Tirith. After accepting the King's help, the trio, along with their new army, traveled to Umbar in order to eradicate the threat stationed there. Upon coming to Umbar, the Dead Army destroyed the entire Umbar fighting population, Sauron's allies, and seized their ships. After travelling up the river Anduin to Osgiliath, the Army, which had been hidden on the ships, disembarked, routing the massive Orkish army seiging Minas Tirith.

- Despite Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli being together all throughout the trilogy, this is the only set to include all three.
