Part 99250pb01 is an exclusive LEGO piece released in 2012. It has appeared in two sets both being apart of the Minifigures theme. This piece is used for a gold medal like the ones used in the Olympics. This part goes around the neck of the minifigure and goes down to about the stomach of the minifigure. It has a red lace with a gold coloured medal piece connecting it.
