Split/singularise?[edit source]
- Shouldn't this either be split into two pages or just made one page (Kabuki Twin) as per Fred and George Weasley? NovaHawk 04:57, 19 September 2016 (UTC)
- Not sure? They both seem to have the same background while the Harry Potter characters actually seem to have different backgrounds (+ they have different personalities), so maybe keep it singular? SamanthaNguyen (talk) 05:25, 19 September 2016 (UTC)
- I say stick with what Sam's saying, I don't think they were ever even given real names. Soupperson1 Friends are Forever! <3
- They are indistinguishable from each other (hence one page), but they are still two entities (hence the pluralization). I suppose that as minifigures the same is true of Fred and George, so they could be merged I guess, but per Sam, I think. Berrybrick (talk) 18:22, 19 September 2016 (UTC)
- "Kabuki Twin" would be a suitable name I suppose, since we have already done that with the Skull Twin article. LCF (talk!) 01:21, 20 September 2016 (UTC)
- Eh, I'm a little skeptical of this. The official name for a single one of those was "Skull Twin" and we did seem them apart on at least one occasion, but the Kabuki Twins are inseparable and indistinguishable even in-universe. The Weasleys and even the Skull Twins don't have that. Berrybrick (talk) 14:23, 20 September 2016 (UTC)
- (A couple of corrections: first, when I said per Sam, I thought she was suggesting that we keep it the way it is. :P Secondly, I realize that my argument in reply to Nigma isn't that great; if anything, I think that Skull Twin should also be pluralized.) Berrybrick (talk) 20:20, 20 September 2016 (UTC)
- I thought so. Perhaps this should be brought up on the policy forums, since there is no set protocol for rare instances of article titles such as "Kabuki Twin" and "Skull Twin". LCF (talk!) 20:28, 20 September 2016 (UTC)
- @Berrybrick- well I took "so maybe keep it singular" to mean move to Skull Twin, so the "per Sam" made it look unanimous (it was moved before your second comment). Anyway, I'll start a forum off soon. NovaHawk 01:08, 21 September 2016 (UTC)
