4991 Police Helicopter is a LEGO Police themed set released in 2007.

This is a promotional set in a polybag package. It contains 30 pieces and includes a small helicopter and a police Minifigure. This set was at Quick Restaurants in 2007 and is one of two sets in the Brickmaster magazine in December 2007. It was also in the Daily Mirror newspaper in the UK in 2008.
