6646 Screaming Patriot is a Town set released in 1991 as part of the Race line. It contains 65 pieces, including a race car and one driver minifigure.

This set is a hot rod-esque race car, featuring tiles that represent the stars and stripes on the spoiler. The front features smaller wheels and the back larger ones. The set includes a brick built engine and a large exhaust pipe on both sides.

- This set's headlights are not transparent as those in modern sets are, instead they are yellow 1 x 1 tile pieces.
