70210 CHI Vardy is a Legends of Chima set released in 2014. It was not available to purchase in stores in North America.
Description[edit | edit source]
CHI Vardy is an ultrabuild set, meaning that its skeleton is composed of black Hero Factory elements, taking the form of ball joints and sockets attached to the ends of sticks, covered with armour. CHI Vardy's torso bears a dark grey piece of chest armour. This CHI armour, found in the CHI Ultrabuild sets of 2014, allows a zamor sphere to be placed inside, representing the Chi of the various tribes. This sphere can also be ejected by pressing down on a mechanism. His head, moulded to represent that of a vulture, is connected to his body with a relatively long neck compared to the other CHI Ultrabuilds. The head is mostly black, with a grey beak and red eyes, and the neck has a white armour piece attached to it representing his white feathers. Sprouting from the back of his body are his wings. Black angled TECHNIC connectors mostly create the base of the wings, with a white claw on the end of each wing's base. Attached to each base is a black wing element (near the ends) and two white and transparent blue wing elements (lower down). Vardy also has two arms and two legs. His arms both bend at the elbows. His upper arms have black bones with white armour, while his lower arms and hands are transparent blue and have no armour. In is right hand, he wields a staff with a translucent light blue saw at the end. His upper legs have black bones, while his lower legs have transparent blue bones. His feet each have three claws and are black. His right upper leg has transparent blue armour, while his upper left leg has white armour.

Vardy is part of the vulture tribe, one of the ice-oriented tribes lead by Sir Fangar. They fight the heroes across the now-snow-covered Land of Chima.
