7309 Rover is a Life on Mars set released in 2001.

Description[edit | edit source]

It contains one Assistant minifigure, and 28 pieces. The vehicle has four wheels, although interestingly they are not standard wheels, but instead domes. It carries one large laser/scanner, which can be detached and used by the Assistant included. In the back is a small antenna and a grill-part. Overall, it is white and black.

The second page of the instructions shows the list of larger LoM sets, and the third page reveals the names of five of the aliens. The part count for this set matches that of 7310 Mono Jet, although the Mono Jet is slightly larger in size.

This is the same set as 7301 Rover.
The Rover is one of the smallest Life on Mars sets.
