Caila Phoenix is an Ultra Agents minifigure introduced in 2014. She is one of the agents, and appears in 70164 Hurricane Heist and 70165 Ultra Agents Mission HQ in 2014, and 70170 UltraCopter vs AntiMatter in 2015.
Description[edit | edit source]
Caila Phoenix has black legs, black hips, a black torso, black arms, yellow hands, and a yellow head. Her torso is printed to depict an open black tuxedo with a black tie over a pink shirt, while her legs are printed to depict metal accessories. Her face is printed as well. She has a smile with white teeth and pink lips, black eyes with white pupils, black eyebrows, and a light blue visor. Caila also has pink ponytail hairpiece.

Caila is who you call if you need something demolished. She is expertly trained in the martial arts as well as explosive devices.
