Captain Bellamy is a Pirates of the Caribbean minifigure. He has only appeared in LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game.
He was among the crew of a ship that Elizabeth Swann stowed away on. He was tricked by Elizabeth into believing a spirit was aboard his ship and the "spirit" (Elizabeth) told him to go to Tortuga.
