A Cave Spider is a minifigure from the Minecraft theme.
Background[edit | edit source]
Cave Spiders are neutral mobs that spawn in abandoned mine shafts. They remain passive to the Player, unless one is provoked, which causes all of the nearby Cave Spiders to charge the attacker. When they hit, these mobs poison their attacker for a period of time, usually being five seconds. Upon death, they drop string, with the possibility of a spider eye.
