Peter is a Friends figure introduced in 2012. He is exclusive to the set 3315 Olivia's House.

Peter has tan shoes and dark blue pants. He wears a long-sleeved white shirt, and has light nougat hands. Like Luis Peter has a muscular torso and muscular arms. A red tie, and a white pocket is printed on his shirt. His face is light nougat; depicts a light beard, and amber eyes. He has short brown hair.

He is married to Anna and has one daughter, Olivia. He has the same eye and hair colour as Olivia. Peter likes barbecuing and watching TV. Peter works for Heartlake Times as a news reporter and his boss is Ms. Daily. He has a sister in law named Sophie.

- Peter is the first male character that have appeared in the Friends sets, and the only physical character from 2012.
- Peter's head and nose is larger than the average mini-doll figure. Peter is also more muscular in chest and arms, the only other character that matches his physical achivements are Luis.
