Willa the Witch, alternately known as Hubble Bubble in the United Kingdom, is a minifigure who has appears in several Fright Knights sets. She is the first minifigure to wear a black version of the Wizard's Hat. Willa also makes an appearance in LEGO Racers, appearing in Basil the Bat Lord's and Gypsy Moth's Circuits.

- Aside from her racer appearence in LEGO Racers a Willa the Witch minifigure appears on the Knightmare-Athon level of the third and sixth circuits, as a hazard, throwing cannon balls on the track from her Windship.
- She has actual legs in the game, rather than the alternative leg-piece that she has as a minifigure.
- Due to a glitch in the PC-version, she speaks in the grumpy voice of Blackjack Hawkins when AI controlled, frequently making stereotypical pirate sounds like "Ho-ho!" and "Arrrr!".
