MoS forums - Real world person MoS

After seeing some pages, we need to establish a MoS for real people (see Chris Pratt for example). I don't have a clue how we want to do it though. Otherwise I think that everything else on 'Chris Pratt' is fine, considering that the MoS will have to apply to people who likely will not have articles on Wikipedia or anywhere else (such as various designers and managers). There should be a link to Wikipedia or some other website though, if only for filmography. Looking at other people articles, they only seem to have a biography for the most part.
