Mads Nipper was a LEGO employee from 1991 to 2014.
Biography[edit | edit source]
Mads Nipper joined the LEGO Group in 1991 as a media consultant and progressively worked his way up through senior positions in marketing and innovations. In 2011, Mads became the LEGO Group's chief marketing officer and a member of the management board. On March 31, 2014, Mads announced that he would be leaving the LEGO Group to become the chief executive officer of the Danish company Grundfos, a global leader in advanced pump solutions.[1]
