Chunk is one of Lotso's henchmen in Toy Story 3. His part in the film is fairly small, but he is notably known for being a character in the scene where Buzz considers being recruited to the big-kid toys group. He is also prominent in Buzz's interrogation scene in the movie. However, by the end of the film, he is considered a "good toy".
Chunk is an orange figure made up of three specialty pieces. Both arms have four orange spikes on the shoulders that lead down to the rest of the arm having a subtle rock-like texture. The main body piece has five spikes on the forehead. Chunk has two expressions that can be shown by spinning his face. One depicts a happy face with blue indented eyes and a smooth smile while the other depicts an angry expression with red indented eyes with a more coarse looking frown with uneven "teeth" printed. The legs are very similar to the lower half of the arms, with a subtle rock-like texture on the legs.
- Chunk is the only minifigure to use his arm mould and his body's mould.
- Chunk is the only minifigure to have a head that is meant to be turned vertically rather than horizontally, as most double sided face minifigures' heads are to be turned.
