6489 Seaside Holiday Cottage is a LEGO Paradisa set released in 1997. It contains a small holiday home, a slide, a small pleasure boat and two vacationers, as well as a dolphin.

The cottage contains a small cooking area and consists mostly of open walls. At the front is a small porch with two seats and a table. The boat is a small catamaran with two seats.
This is the only other set besides 6543 Sail N' Fly Marina that contained the striped slope pieces that make up the cottage's roof.
