4996 Beach House is a Creator set released in 2008. This set is recommended for children aged 8 through to 12.

This set contains 522 pieces to build a yellow beach house that stands over 6½ inches tall. It features a mailbox with a letter, grill with tongs and a turkey leg, table with umbrella, satellite dish, chimney, opening skylight windows, flowers and a brick built tree. It can be rebuilt into an apartment building or a café. The complete set contained a large element count (522) compared to the price, which made this set unique. According to The LEGO Book, this set was popular with LEGO CITY fans for its city-like theme.
