Black Panther is a Marvel Super Heroes minifigure to appear in 2016. He first appeared in the video game, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes.

T'Challa, also known as the Black Panther, is the ruler of an African nation Wakanda. He became ruler after his father T'Chaka, the former ruler of Wakanda, was killed. T'Challa challenged his father's murderer and won. Because of that, he claimed the throne, and the mantle of the black panther. He has various weapons and gadgets, such as clawed gloves, extendable batons and laser bladed daggers. Because of this, he has allied with many heroes and eventually joined the Avengers. He is now married to Storm of the X-Men. Wakanda is known for having a very successful vibranium mine, a very durable mineral. Captain America's shield is a famous example of an object made of vibranium. Many of his weapons are also made from vibranium, such as his claws.
