Phyllis is a character who appears in The LEGO Batman Movie, voiced by Ellie Kemper.

Phyllis is a giant talking LEGO brick who wardens the Phantom Zone, a prison which houses the most dangerous villains across the LEGO multiverse. Her prisoners include General Zod, Sauron, Lord Voldemort, The Wicked Witch of the West, several Daleks, King Kong, The Swamp Monster, Medusa, the Joker, a Vampire, Rexy from Jurassic Park, and the Raptors from Jurassic Park.

- According to the Joker, "Phyllis" is also the name of his mother. When Phyllis introduces herself to the Joker, he responds, "That was my mother's name!", a joke the movie makes at the expense of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, where the fact that Superman and Batman both had mothers named Martha was an important (and much-derided) plot point.
