The Black and White Rocker Girl is a minifigure from the 850486 Rock Band Minifigure Accessory Set. She comes with a brick-built guitar.

The Black and White Rocker Girl has a guitar, and black hair in the same mould as her original self. Her shirt is the same printing as her first one but instead of a blue, black, and pink shirt, it's black and white.

- She is an exact copy of the Rocker Girl only in different colours.
- In the online picture of the set, LEGO incorrectly gave her the Skater's hairpiece, whereas she really has her original one, but in black.
