Vibe is a DC Universe character who will appear in LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham.

Fransisco "Paco" Ramone is a break dancing Detroit gang leader with the ability to control sound waves. He decides to use his powers for good, but upon joining a Justice League reformed by Aquaman without most of the original members, Vibe gets them involved in his gang wars before learning what it means to be a hero. He is killed in an attack on the Justice League by Despero.
Since the timeline has been reset by The Flash and Reverse-Flash, Vibe returns to life. In the new version of history, Cisco Ramone and his brothers are present when Darkseid opens a Boom Tube in Detroit to commence his invasion of Earth Prime. Cisco steps inside of the Boom Tube, from which he gains his powers, but his brother disappears when he tries to pull him out. Cisco secretly uses his powers to help people, but he does not become a superhero until ARGUS tracks him down. They recruit him into the Justice League of America, a team of super humans hand selected to take down the Justice League should they go rogue. Vibe is the counter for The Flash, since his powers disrupt the speed force.
