The Gorilla Legend is an animal that appears in Legends of Chima: The Animated Series.

Background[edit | edit source]

The Gorilla Legend is one of the few animals that did not drink the CHI from Mount Cavora and evolve into an anthropomorphic being.

The Gorilla Legend remained in Mount Cavora for the next few months and when Laval, Eris, and Cragger arrived seeking help from the Phoenix, the Gorilla and the other legend beasts used the fire roar to send them to the Phoenix Temple. ("The Call of Cavora")

The Gorilla was later summoned with the other beasts for Laval and Cragger's trial by fire where it used it's fire roar again to light Laval's shield. ("Trial by Fire")
